🚨 Incident Report: Holodeck Storage & Playback

  • Issue: Audiobookshelf failed playback (ENOENT) after standardization.
  • Root Cause: Data was not in the expected standard path /mnt/infra_storage/media/audiobooks but remained in the legacy share /mnt/audiobooks.
  • Resolution:
    • Updated /etc/fstab on holodeck-subspace to mount the legacy NFS share directly to the standard path.
    • Verified files are visible and playback is restored.
    • Removed redundant local Homepage container.

🛠️ Maintenance: Plex & Immich

  • Plex (starfleet-compute):
    • Fix: Media library paths were incorrect (/movies vs /mnt/media/movies).
    • Action: Mounted dedicated /mnt/media share (NFS) to starfleet-compute.
    • Result: Plex is now 100% healthy, seeing all media files, with hardware acceleration enabled.
  • Immich (starfleet-compute):
    • Fix: Sync failed due to "Major Version Mismatch" (Server v1.124.0 vs Client).
    • Action: User instructed to update mobile app. Server is healthy.
